Duffled is a unique online application that allows consumers to receive information, specials and promotions via text message.
It is an opt-in only service, meaning that recipients have control over when they subscribe. Recipients are always given a clear opportunity to opt-out at anytime by replying with the word "STOP".

If you send a text to a list of 100 subscribers, that's equivalent to sending 100 individual text messages to 100 subscribers. In both cases it counts as using 100 text messages.
No. Keep in mind that standard rates may apply based on the carrier plan of each individual, but Duffled does not charge anyone to receive text messages.

Some carrier plans block short codes from working. Customers will have to contact their provider to change that in order to send text messages to any short code.
